Seller Terms & Payout Agreement

A 10% TrekO marketplace fee will be deducted from each completed sale.
Shipping label costs purchased through TrekO will be deducted from my seller payout.
Seller payouts may be temporarily delayed for identity verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or payment processor requirements.
Where required by law, TrekO may calculate, collect, and remit applicable marketplace sales tax as the marketplace facilitator.
I am responsible for the accuracy of my listings and for complying with TrekO seller policies and all applicable laws.
