Requesting Data Deletion

If you have connected your Facebook account to TrekO.ai and would like us to delete your associated account information, you may submit a deletion request at any time.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email support@treko.ai.
2. Use the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request".
3. Include the email address associated with your TrekO.ai account.
4. We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.

What Will Be Deleted

Once your identity has been verified, we will delete or permanently anonymize the Facebook-related personal data associated with your TrekO.ai account, unless we are legally required to retain certain information.

Account deletion may include:

• Your Facebook login information.
• Profile information received from Facebook.
• Associated account data that is no longer required for legal or operational purposes.

Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.

Removing TrekO.ai from Facebook

You may also remove TrekO.ai from your Facebook account at any time by visiting:

Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites

Removing the application from Facebook does not automatically delete your TrekO.ai account. If you would also like your account data deleted, please submit a deletion request using the instructions above.
