The TrekO Security Center provides centralized access to the security, privacy, compliance, and data protection policies maintained by WEB3 TREK, INC., operator of TrekO.ai. These policies describe the administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards implemented to protect customer information, seller accounts, payment information, marketplace integrations, third-party API connections, and cloud infrastructure used by TrekO.ai.

Supported Marketplace Integrations

TrekO.ai supports or is developing integrations with third-party marketplace and commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Meta / Facebook, Etsy, and other approved services. Access to marketplace accounts requires user authorization through approved authentication methods such as OAuth.

Security Commitments

• Use secure HTTPS/TLS communication for external services.
• Restrict access to customer and seller information.
• Protect API keys, OAuth tokens, and marketplace credentials.
• Use marketplace data only for authorized platform functionality.
• Review security policies at least every six (6) months.
• Notify Amazon at security@amazon.com within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmed incidents involving Amazon Information.
